Bloodline Workflow Studio is developing a private Gmail-based administrative assistant to organize incoming business inquiries and prepare structured clarification drafts for owner review. The current system is limited to the business owner's Google account and a controlled founder test.

Why the application requests Google access

With the account owner's explicit authorization, the application uses Gmail read-only access to identify and review approved inquiry messages. A separate Gmail send permission exists for controlled owner-authorized testing; the currently deployed founder monitor never sends a message automatically.

How it handles information

The internal test stores limited inquiry text, message identifiers, processing receipts, and unsent draft text in a restricted local workspace on the owner's Mac. Google authentication credentials are protected using the Mac's credential storage. The application does not sell Google user data.
